I just figured it out. I asked a friend who stopped by and he said they look like factory Isuzu Rodeo rims. Then I immediately remembered the Isuzu Rodeo they had parked in front of the Suburban when I went to buy it, which had some rather wide looking rims on it and better tires. So I'll bet they put the tires and chrome rims off the Suburban on the Rodeo and the Rodeo rims on the Sub.
