hmm, I don't think it's a Toyota, the front suspension looks like nothing I've ever seen and the rear looks to be independent too. It's not a hummer, cause it doesn't have the drop down geared hubs. It might be one of those Lambo trucks they made years ago, but I can't find another good pic of one to compare.

It looks like it has portal hubs to me...I'd put $5 on it being a modified Hummer. The suspension looks 'right'...

The suspension looks homemade to me. It almost looks like there is a leafspring up on top with a shackle dropping down.

Ok, so it's Russian, pieced together from various manufacturers, has a 1.8L 4cyl engine that puts out somewhere between 65 and 90HP with a top speed of around 45mph, and it's amphibious. Very interesting.
