ok i just got my blazer and i was doing a tune up on it when i took the air filter out there is another filter in the breather but no one nos what its for the only thing i no is if its not in there my blazer runs like crap but i want to get a new one what is it what is it called please help

I can't remember which models had them, but there was a time when a spark arrestor was installed between the air filter and the opening to the carb, it was epoxied onto the air cleaner base. It shouldn't need replacement unless its rusty or hasn't had a filter element in the air cleaner. In that case replace the air cleaner assy.
