the more i think about it. i going to make myself a 1ton burban. after that i guess i will just part out the m1008. As soon as i get them i will see how it goes

14bSF!?!?!?!? I ****ing want it!!

Of coarse is it 6lug or 8lug? And can you figure out the gear ratio?

getting the m1008 for 1400 but iknow they had some other junk to the price tag. If you want the 14sf send me a pm.

gov liquadators is where some of my trucks have come from. Some came from gsa. Some from the navy when they let go of there old truck got two m1031s from them for a great deal. You can get real lucky i got a parts m1009 for 60 bucks once.

I believe his initial plans are to pull the 1ton axles and give them to the first guy to post in this thread with a black lab in the avatar. After that he might build a 1 ton Suburban, which would be saweet.

lookin good! if i do get that 6.2 from you ima need EVERYTHING for it. let me know how it goes.

1ton burb would be sweet.

yea, i am liking the idea of a 1ton burban. dont worry muddybuddy if all goes well you will be the first person i call.

Do you happen to have the welding cables for your 1031? I need to fab some up, but don't have a schematic to show what lead attaches to what terminal on the plug.

i didnt know you could weld with it. i cant even find the book on how to use it. sorry wish i could help you out.
