what axle 12b?

Yes, I sheared the yoke in two,
Yes, that was a 12 bolt.
Well I don't have pictures of it bring in the blazer since I have to rely on other people's cameras, But I finally got this motor running in a stock blazer.
The thing was doing burn outs from a roll.
I was going over to the engine builder's shop when the rear-end blew. I just got done with a left-hand turn when I hit the gas, and the spider gear fragged. One piece got jammed between the carrier and pinion and locked it. With the pinion locked, all the power went to the u-joint and yoke. Those parts broke next.

seems like you need to let some lead out of that foot!

Yeah I know, I'm starting to feel like one of those people who just all talk and really don't anything to prove it. My blazer was downed for almost two years. We finally got the motor running good. Now the running gear is going to be the problem. My bother got a line for another 12-bolt. Yeah I know, swap in a 14-bolt. I actually have one and most of the parts to get it going, but for it to be effective, I need to lift the blazer and put bigger tires on. The sand drags in Avenal is going to be in late April and we don't have the time or that much money to fully change things around. I rather not spend the money on the 12-bolt but I have much choice.:(
My bother's jeep been down since the last time you've seen it. Hopefully I have something running by Memorial Day.
