I hate people for this reason.
Well some of you noticed I post a thread about me pretty much getting a new truck. A friend at work saw a 78 3/4ton truck for sale by his house and told me about it. The truck had a running 350 in it and everything else worked on it. So I called the guy friday and he wanted $600 for but he really didnt care because he just wanted to get rid of it before the weekend was over or he was going to take it to the scales. So I asked if he would take $500 for it and he said sure. Then he gave me his address and everything and so we had an agrement over the phone. So now im all excited and everything

He wanted me to pick it up saturday but I couldnt, so I told him sunday or monday by the latest. Well I got hung up sunday so I couldnt. So today I get off work all happy because I'm going to get the truck. I call him and start to tell him I'm on the way. Then he tells me he couldnt stand looking at it anymore so he started to load it up on the trailer sunday to take it to the scales, when someone driving by saw the 4sale sign still on it and asked him if he would take $300 for it. So he sold it to someone else for $300.
I go why, I was going to give you $500 for it, "he goes I just wanted to get rid of it." I go you couldnt wait one fuxing day for $200 more, hell if you wanted it gone that bad I would of found a way to get it and he says "Well I lost your number." I go isnt this your cell phone I'm calling you on, he goes "yes." Then why the hell didnt you look at you call log and find my number dumbass and then I finally hung up the phone.
Dam that pissed me off. It was a good truck. Had a coulpe dents and rust on the rocker but that was it. And on top of that everything worked on it to. The only bad thing was it had a lost title on it. But that dumbass was wanting to take it to a scale and just sale it as metal, but then took $300 for it over $500. Dam people are stupid.
