My k5 (6" superlift kit, poly bushings, skyjackers, 35"s, dual stablizer, etc) squeaks n pops when I hit bumps and when I make turns. I hate it. I have poly bushings and I have greased everything that needs greasing, plus sprayed everything with lube, and it still does it. Gonna upgrade the swaybar bushings next. what else should I be looking at?

The body is most likely flexing and squeaky

Just a few things to look for are
Cracks in frame by steering box
Loose, broken, or worn body mounts
Loose or broken motor and t-case mounts
Loose crossmembers (check them all, they are riveted in and will need to be drilled and bolted in if loose)
Loose spring u-bolts
Worn door hinges or latches
Bad shock bushings

Do you have many miles on the lift and stuff? It takes a while to flex all that in .

How do I tell if my wheel bearings are shitty? That would squeak when I made turns, right? Maybe?

Replacing the plastic door strikers(they were gone just metal to metal) made the most difference for me.

So........tighten body mount bolts? They look to be in good shape...
No.
It's the body parts rubbing against each other and sheet metal flexing and eventually cracking.
Also as mentioned rivets on cross member getting loos and door strikers losinf the plastic.
So many things that can make noise.

My old Rancho leaf springs were noisy and I never solved it. Creaked and popped on turns even when saturated with lube. The ORD springs I have now are quiet, but the poly bushings squeak something fierce. Something in the tailgate are is shifting and squeaking now too. It's an endless battle, and worse if you have the carpet out like I do.

I doubt it’s wheel bearings. You’ll know if it’s them. I had to replace the wheel bearings on my wife’s 2013 GMC a couple months back (I hate newer cars). When they started going bad, it sounded like a low hum. After she drove the shit out of it and wore them out more, it made a low but loud, growl and you couldn’t hardly hear anything else while driving it. I would have replaced them sooner but I never drive the thing and didn’t know they were going bad. Luckily I took it to the store and heard it. When I got back and asked her about the noise she said it had been like that for a while but that it hadn’t always been that loud.... I replaced them the following weekend and took care of it (and now I think the front ones are going bad). Anyway, if it’s wheel bearings, it will make a low grinding, howling noise.
