I NEED TO KNOW IS THE 1988-1990 K5 BLAZER TRANSFER CASE NP241....AND THE CHEVY S-10 1988-1992 TRANSFER CASE NP241 IS THE SAME ALL AROUND .....I DO KNOW THE CHEVY S-10 1988-1994 DOES HAVE THE FULLSIZE TRANSMISSION 4L60E...HOW ABOUT THE TRANSFER CASE :what:
 
Not sure if the guts are the same but the K5 case will be right hand drop and the S10 case will be left hand drop.
 
1989 was the first NP241 and the only one with a mechanical speedo.

What everyone else said answers your question. But another point is depending on what you get your case off, the input shaft may be different.
