I have these newer d60 lockouts but they bottom out way before i can get the big c clip in. also the ones i took out are made by super winch. they look to be thinner. tell me what you guys think

I would help but I cant see your pics

Dont know if it helps but on my 35 spline Warns I had to grind the end of the spindle down a bit to get the hub to seat on the wheel hub

Ok,

When you put the inner part in the wheel hub (dont worry about the snap ring ),and then put the dial part on,how big is the gap between the dial part and the face of the wheel hub?

there is a gap there. Less than a 1/4

T T T any body have any ideals? It has dually hubs on it if it matters

pics of just what your talking about might help.

and if you took out short super winch style and there was moisture in there . then mabye the splines are full of rust and now the whole hub should be removed and cleaned .

why install those crappy warn hubs ? worn are not what thay use to be.

The lockout bottoms out . It hits the spindle in side the hub . I can not get any clips in. everthing is clean. I will work on some pics of it . thx man Would you like to donate some spicer lockouts for it.

I was kinda being quiet to see if anyone had a better idea

I guess as long is there is enough material sticking out past the jam nut on the spindle to remove,it should work.If this is for sure the issue,you may need to do what I suggested in my first post.

if the end of the spindle is hitting the back side of the hub body then there is a problem somewere in the setup inside of the hub/spindle area.
