I just got a great deal!!

I picked up an '81 reg cab, long bed chevy pick up on the 4th for $50!! It's only got a 305 in it, but most of the other pieces match. I was going to use it as a parts truck, but I think all it needs is a starter - and the A/C is holding pressure...maybe I'll park the Blazer for a while and drive that until it gets a little cooler here...

Well - the starter cost 6 dollars more than the truck, but I drove it around the block last night. It smells terrible when it's running (the gas is 2 or 3 years old) and it needs exhaust work, but at least it can move without me pushing now...
