As the title says I just looked at it. Crawled under it, all around it. It's very clean. Not perfect but very clean. He's asking $6900 for it. Over priced yes but he's very negotiable on it. It's just too rich for my blood. I offered to post pics for his in the for sale forum. The guy is a very nice guy so I felt good about offering. It's got 134XXX miles on the original motor. Thats only aprox 6700 miles a year!! :eek1:. The undercariage was a little oily but nothing out of the norm. I will post pics in the thread too when they e mail me pics of it. The motor ran great, sounded good. Passed smog a month a go. God damn I want this thing. My mind is trying to find a way to afford this. It's White with Blue interior.

I got my 2nd owner V2500 Burb with 99k original miles and ALL dealer receipts for $3500.. I think $6900 is way to much, especially in this economy.

My truck was clean and bone dry underneath.. dealer installed a crate trany at 56k due to a recall issue that fried the original.

Yeah I told him $6900 was WAY to pricy. He said he didn't really want to sell it but he has three trucks now and does not need all of them. He was going to give it to his daughter who I met who is going off to college but she does not want to drive a big truck. She's taking his Toyota Tacoma instead. He said he would drop the price no problem.

Look it over, especially the seat mounts. Mine has no rust at all and the rear mounts on the passenger side are both cracked and need to be fixed.

I paid $1800 for mine and yeah, it has more miles and yeah, it's got some issues but $6900 is high. If it's as clean as you say then maybe $4000 or so?

Thats about what I told him. $4K, $4500 max.

That sounds way high. A buddy of mine said he knows where one is that he said was almost prefect for $4500. Don't know what year it is either. I thought that was high, but I haven't gone to look at it yet. Afraid I might buy it and don't need it yet, need to finish the one I got first.

even with my little known knowledge that does sound high i agree with everyone else! i got my 90 k5 for 3000 with 150,000 miles on it no rust no leaks! interior is in great shape! the first day i bought i had an offer!hahaha

Original owner

I looked around for a desent blazer or jimmy for about a year .past on alot of rust buckets overpriced. Called a guy in pennsylvania who had a one owner 91 blazer fully loaded with 4 speed stick. He wanted 6500 dollars.( criags list ) he would not budge off price . He then told me he bought off his neighbor. It looked very clean and was garaged kept in winter. It was used for summer camping. It pulled a large camper. I finally found one a 89 blazer very clean no rustout very solid at the height of the gas prices 2008. Low mileage 117,500 new trans from gm fully loaded original owner 2000 dollars. It has two very small stress cracks coming from seat bolts. They are out there. I have had offers to sell it for more then i paid.

We picked up my girlfriends '90 K5 with 67,000 original for $5500. Not a smoking deal but a really nice, clean, unmolested truck. Heck, when we took the crappy "sheepskin" seat covers off it looked like no one had ever sat on the seats.

Thay still have not sent me pics. I offered to post pics here to help sell it. Ohwell, if they don't no big deal to me, I just tried to help.

I paid 6800.00 for my 89 blazer 8 years ago. Mine was completely stock when i bought it and EVERYTHING worked and was ver clean. In todays economy i would cut that price in half at the minimum.
