Damn, that thing is only over the hump in Pahrump from me (about 60 miles away), but I already have one of those, so I do not need another.

Those blue AF crews were standard gas engined, not dieseled.

Mine is diesel, along with 90 percent of the others I see up for auction. Just depends on how they were ordered.

This is an untrue statement (as K204dr mentioned). I've actually seen more diesel engined AF crew cabs than gas. It just depends on what the requirement was when the truck was ordered (ie, crew cab, diesel, 4x4 or 4x2, etc) I've actally seen a straight six in a few of them.

Look at John's (nevrenuf) crew. And all the AF crew's I've seen on the online auction sites were all SBC's with 205's instead of 208's. Just what I've seen and read. :dunno:

I agree. The CUCV were all 6.2, but the crew cabs have all had tree-fitty's.
Someone put up a link to a govliquidation auction not long ago of a 1991 V3500 SRW crew that had a TBI 350/4L80E/NP205. It was a pretty cool truck, and fairly unusual.

The site for the government services admin (GSA) is https://gsaauctions.gov and they have gas and diesel crew cabs.
