I've let 3 people drive my Blazer, MY dad, my ex g/f (got pulled over and cops pulled me outta the passanger seat and made me walk the line /forums/images/graemlins/rolleyes.gif)... and one of my good friends when i was too drunk to drive home from high school one day. /forums/images/graemlins/eek.gif /forums/images/graemlins/rotfl.gif /forums/images/graemlins/ignore.gif /forums/images/graemlins/k5.gif

Well I let her drive my truck at night in a parking lot, she went over everything! She drove over little island things, over and over and over again, then my truck died on her when she was coming to a stop (engine still cold i think) Anyway, can this really screw anything on my truck up? Alignment seemed fine, I guess it's not nearly as bad as taking it off road.

Any of you let people drive your truck and do things like this?

well for my friends sister's birthday, big 13 wooo hooo, im gunna let her drive my 87 off-road with it in granny or 1st, let her steer it around out there, one of these days, and im probly gunna let my friends g\f drive it off-road in a CONtroled fasion, not sitting on the far passenger side of the truck, more like the middle so if it gets outta hand i can shut the truck off or tell them in a nice calm fasion that that mud hole is 3 ft deep and your not guna make it though. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

out of my sight: pops, but not now that i have my license; in my sight: close cousin ONCE, sister ONCE, best friend ONCE, otherwise, no way, i am very touchy about my truck, trust her with no one, let my cuz do a little offroad but it was just slick flat field, and my best friend, but he was even more scared he was gonna break something than me, so he went about 30 ft. at a whopping 4mph.and people know how i am too, but that is a good idea teaching my gf to drive it just in case im.... incapable, cuz she is very scared of it too, and its stock!! im currently on my way to take all the wheels off a friends truck for shoe polishing mine.... HAHA
 
The way i see it is if i let my G/F drive and she breakes it then it was going to break anywaise. I hardly ever let some one els drive my truck, but when i stop and think of it I Drive it harder than anyone els ever has so there isn't much to worry about letting my G?F drive it when she wants But then again my truck is a lot diferent to drive then her lil furd so maby she won't be behind the wheel

ya'll leyt people DRIVE your trucks!? i on a VERY rare occasion let my dad drive it to pick me up before i had my lisence, but that was scary, knowing how eradic the steering is. . .hell- i don't let other people WASH my car /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
 
A few people have driven my truck. Most often has been my buddy Stan (BigDummy89K5 on here) but I've known him almost 35 years now. Now he has his own K5 (and he still drives mine now and then.../forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif)

Gandolf drove my truck coming down from Sunrise lake about 2 years ago...

My wife has backed it out of the driveway once.

It's not some fragile rice mobile...so I'm not that worried about it.
