ahh, and the description is not entirely correct, he calls it an 84 on a 74 frame. It is an 84 nose on a 74 body/frame. Look at the wiper/headlight switch on the dash.

I have an 82 with the same switches. Too bad you can't see the whole hood. Dash pad does look like the older ones.

my 83 had those too, but, I don't see the hole in the firewall where the esc wires would have gone through. I think it is a 70's cab. definitely a 70's dash cap.

I agree it sure looks like a 70's cab, Im pretty sure the dash pads dont interchange, at least I couldnt put an 88 dashpad into my 79 one time when I tried.

this here is proof that any moron can throw springs in a truck. it always cracks me up how many huge trucks there are with no front driveline. and they always have some bull*hit excuse for it, like "oh, i wanted better fuel economy so I took it out, but then I lost it." yeah right, more like, you bolted that big lift in and disovered you couldnt get your driveline to work anymore...

I love the "lift blocks" welded to the springs, and his steering box is all kinds of scary. On the plus side he does have a new hydro for the thing

The best thing that could happen to that truck is a crusher. There's about a ton of steel box tubing in that undercarriage alone.
