Getting a little picky here, but the plastic sh!t don't hold up to the winters.
The cheap little metal ones are just that.
The wind up type I don't care for.
The on the ground cabinet type I don't care for.
So here are my requirements.
1) Must hold 100' of pressurized 5/8" garden hose without pulling off the wall. (I have 5/8" OSB sheathing under the vinyl siding)
2) I have to mount this over some vinyl siding, so some compensation may need to be made for that factor.
3) If it is steel, it must be rust proof...like powder coat or similar
4) It must hold the hose without kinking it, so some type of support to prevent kinking is a must.
5) It must be easy to remove the hose from...no clips or similar to get hung up on.
6) It must not let the hose touch the concrete below it...it needs to hang on the wall, not set on the concrete pad.
Whatcha got?
