I need a picture...

of factory style tow hooks mounted up on your truck/blazer...

I bought a pair from Wes and I'm planning on putting them on this afternoon after I finish my OBA project and I can't figure out how they're supposed to mount.

I know there are a couple styles of factory tow hooks...these are going on my '85 k10.

I am not a fan of the factory tow hooks. Bent one like those shown above on my Suburban. And had a newer style one snap on a buddies truck.

X2 be careful of bending or breaking them. I bent one and broke one in half on my 1st k5.

That sux.. i had my truck sunk above the rockers at the mudd bog and i have 11inches if lift...it was pulled out with those hooks the last 2 years and never had a problem..they even used a 4wd backhoe. This year i made it thru a few times with no problem...i guess sometimes they work and some dont...

I got them mounted up yesterday with some new grade 8 hardware... I'll see how they hold up.

yeah ive bent one and actually peeled a frame too lol
