I need a tow rig

I've got about $5,000 to spend. Chevy or Dodge, gas or diesel, I want a crew cab(could possibly go with ext cab if everything else is right), long bed, 4x4, 94 or newer. I've found a couple locally but they are gone within a day of going for sale. I really don't want to have to drive 20hours to get a decent truck but if I have to
