I need a way to lock a bolt

I always tack the bolt heads of anything i dont want to go missing.

Thats one way, but I've heard of people using angle iron over the bolt heads to make it harder/impossible to turn them. Welding would be the easiest though.

I dont have a welder ....Checkers is always haveing one or two mig (gasless? what ever it called) for $99 - $150.The 110v kind.... That would do it I guess. I need to learn some time.And that cheap I could afford one AND get away with it.

How do you do this? I could do that until I can get or have it welded.

Go by your local welding shop or friend with a welder and have them put on a couple tacks, takes no time.
