i need a x-fer case chain

I've got a NP241 with a good amount of play in it. When I feather the throttle I can feel a delay before the power hits the driveshafts. I figure it's time to replace this chain. While I'm in there I figure I probably should do a complete rebuild. Does anyone know where to get a good rebuild kit for this baby? What speacial tools, if any, will be needed? Thanks alot for the info!!

Does this happen in 2WD or 4WD? The chain only drives the front driveshaft, so if it's happening in 2WD then the chain isn't the culprit.
