Does anyone know where to get the rubber brake line that goes from the master cylinder to the frame union on a 1972 Chevy C60 with the 9000# front axle? I have found all the other lines on rockauto, but this line isn't mentioned on any website or in person store that I have gone to. Its about 1.5" shorter than a front brake line on a '68 C10, the fittings are the same size but the internal diameter is bigger on the C60; rubber or braided is fine. If you have a part number let me know.

I have never seen a "rubber" flexible brake line from a master cylinder. Haven't been into any 72 C60 either. My guess, some Farmer did what farmers do and made something work.

I'm thinking it should be a steel line.

Or did you mean wheel cylinder ?

No this is factory, a hard line comes off the MC then down to a 8” or so rubber line that mates through the frame to the hardline that goes to the hydro vac slave cylinder. Finding parts for these is a pain.

You could have it made. esp if you have the old one,or a sample that has the correct ends. then just spec length and dia.

Found one, so once I finish the shademobile for the pasture I will get the brakes working and take this thing down the road.
