I need help with np205 side mount

Ok so I already kicked myself in the arse for not taking a picture but 5 years ago when I took this apart it seemed self explanatory. what I need is a picture(From underneath) of how the side mount goes back together mostly this piece in picture. I only have this view.

Does it not seem odd that there is nothing holding the bottom rubber piece other than compression and the center sleeve? Does anybody know the purpose of the small piece being separate and not welded together seeing as it's a metal to metal contact ? I don't know, just asking.

O-crap - Or cool - I just figured it out. It bolts to the frame on the bottom as well, thought it only bolted from the side. I missed that because I had to move the cross-member back due to tranny change and the bolt holes were covered.
