The springs on my 89 have (to my knowledge) 225k miles on them. I put a set of Bilstien shocks on a few months ago hoping to improve the ride/handling which they did slightly but not enough. I know the springs are shot. There is a good bit of body roll and every time I hit a pothole or something the whole truck shakes. So here's the question, I am looking for stock height replacement springs but can't seem to find any, if anyone knows where to get some, post up. The other option is lift the truck, which I am not opposed too. I love the look of a k5 with a 4 inch and 35s, BUT, I have 3.42 gears and my rear axle has brand new internals which I just spent 700 bucks on, so re-gearing for 35s is not an option. This truck is my daily driver and spends 95% of its time pounding pavement. I currently have 32 inch tires that only have 12-15k on them and are in great shape so I don't need new tires anyway. Is it possible to drive on the highway in OD with 35s and 3.42s? I do not want to kill my trans and I don't want it to be constantly shifting. My gut says no. My other thought was to buy 2 inch lift springs and keep my 32s. I think my first preference would be new stock height springs though so if anyone knows who sells them I would appreciate it. I want the best ride possible. Thanks

You might have to mess with year and vehicle combos. I don't know interchangeability between Blazers/Jimmys and other square bodies.

47" front eye to eye and 52" eye to eye rears .

and some 87-upish went metric bushing on rears and also front shackle hardware was diffrent size . offroad design has the break downs in there parts section .

Alcan will make you a set of stock replacements..... I know because I have a set sitting in the garage ready to be installed. :) Not cheap, but looks to be very nice springs. If your focus is best ride possible, not sure you will be able to beat them......
