Yes they will I have them on my 6.2 diesel
You will also need to replace your rubber trans mount with a good set of poly mounts.



One word of caution. They transmit the diesel vibrations throughout the truck bad. but for a wheeling rig I does not bother me.

Thats what I wanted to hear. Yeah Im making a new tcase x member so thats why im doing the motor mounts too. Mine is a trailer queen so no worries with the vibs.

Why dont you just get the poly urethane replacements for the stockers, You will only be out 30 or so dollars by doing it that way.

Yeah its a GM-8 turbo with a mechanical waste gate
