If anyone remembers my previous set I made. Standard ****ty bar going from the bottom of the axle to the frame. I blame my car for making me want to do a 4K clutch dump in the rain.
Make a long story short tires spun hard, and as I let off there was all kindsa wheel hop therefore bending my bars into a nice curve.
I spent some time brain storming. My best idea to date is build a "top hat" bolted to the pinion support, and the top of diff cover. Then build a triangle going to a crossmember with shackle mounted somewhere forward. Using either swivel/johny joints or poly bushings. I was also considering adding a adjusting sleeve on the bottom, therefore allowing pinion angle adjustment as well as "preloading" the suspension. Not sure if thats really worth messing with or not though?
I have seen a couple 2 pictures, but I'm curious if anyone has any that aren't red X bc of old threads.
BTW... I'll try to get some pictures up of the bars later on.
