I need vaccum line diagrams...

Ordinarily I'd whine about the Helms manuals, but they don't have one for my '74, as I discovered today trying to unfsck the mess left by a PO.

The Chilton's for the Blazer is no help either... and the one for the pickup only lists them for '77-79, and says "Diagrams dipicted [sic] here are also representitive [sic] of the types of emission controls that can be found on engines used in the 1970-76 models."

They're taken straight from the factory manuals, which prolly didn't print them until '77.

I can scan these -- or my '77 factory manual -- but I'll be damned if they helped me (I have no EFE nor any of that other crazy stuff on my '74.)

No diagram under the hood, huh?

Theres no diagram uder the hood....heres what i don't think is right....First of all...the line from my vacuum advance is teed off and goes to the carb and the EVAP canister.Another thing is the pcv valve only runs to the EVAP...Do you know if thats right?

I don't know about my pcv or evap, but I know my vac advance runs straight to the front of the carb.

*edit*
Come to think of it, I think my pcv runs straight to the front of the carb as well /forums/images/graemlins/dunno.gif

Yeah, my advance was tee'd off to the EGR /forums/images/graemlins/screwy.gif
