Good freakin service. Period. I'm more than happy to wait the 2 weeks + shipping right now because of 3 things:

1. kick ass customer service.
2. quality workmanship at great prices.
3. they are easy to communicate with - they call back and reply to messages.

DIY4x has got it right. I wish all vendors had these qualities. some others do, but not all. I just placed my second order with DIY4x, and I know I'll use them again and again in the future.

I only purchased some shackle mounts for my front bumper, ended up ordering the wrong ones....and Kert totally took care of my mistake. I will be going back to order some more stuff for the rig, based on his level of attention to me, and even on an order that was under $20.

tell me about these shackle mounts you bought. i've been thinking about how i'll build them - didn't know he sold just those. i talked to him about a combination shackle mount/frame mount for the bumper, but felt i could build it for cheaper. however, i'm very curious about just the shackle mount. pics?
