I went down to Laughlin NV over the weekend with VORE Racing for the SNORE Rage at the river desert race. These races are always packed with cool trucks but I never have time to take a lot of photos. I did make time for this sexy little thing though. It’s mostly stock actually, nothing special hiding under there but it’s a good looking truck. It’s an intriguing build concept though, low ride height, mid travel (10-12”) 2wd. With a mild 5.3 and 33” tires it would make a practical little daily driver and a damn fun ride in the dirt.

Oh, and I ran into @Babaganoosh out there, his team locked down their 2nd place standing for the season in class 10!

Pretty cool looking.

What the suspension functional for offroad use? It looked mainly stock up front.

I never met the owner but from what I’ve been told it’s mostly stock. The truck looks the part more than it performs I’m sure. But it would be cool to build one that does perform.

That’s Chris’s and he works for SDHQ. Actually a die hard Ford guy, but that truck was built in the 90s to replicate the indoor look for that race trucks of that era, it’s pretty different but has a mostly stock suspension, lowering spindles and a rear flip kit I believe. Chris is using it as a dirt road drifter sort of truck. Nothing serious just a good set of shocks and ton of power..

Wait so it's actually lowered?!

I freakin love it. It's making me want to build something similar for a daily driver next year
