I think I messed up my tcase

I had new ujoints put in my rear driveshaft so I decidd to replace the rear output shaft seal on the tcase. I used a seal puller to take out the old seal and noticed that I knicked up the inside of the yoke (i'm guessing thats what its called???). When i put the new seal in and slide the drive shaft in i noticed that some fluid was leaking out of the rubber seal where the driveshaft goes in. I'm guessing it was just squeezing out the old fluid that was left from taking the driveshaft out. I did notice that the knicks are far enough back that I can see them with the new seal in place so I'm guessing that they shouldn't cause the new seal to leak. How difficult is it to replace the yoke if I have to ?

I'd take off any burrs with some emery cloth then fill the nick with some JB Weld and then install the seal.
