I think we have a winner...

I'd say sell the stacks and use the $$ to put on new side steps and replace the interior. At that point freshen the paint and resell it for $7K :deal:

Thanks for showing me that. I've half ass been thinking about a step side and its only a couple hours away. Ditch the ghey stacks and zebra/cow crap and it wouldnt be half bad.

Could totally pick up chicks in this.....o atleast guys into beastiality :doah:

Like the truck. Hate the owner

that is seriously disturbing...

yes. why do we care? it's only on 35's with a 305 with likely stock high gearing. it wasn't going to be towing anything anyway.

i agree that the stacks are too big ie 5'' dia and too chrome .. but i am going to put a snorkle and 3" stacks on my K5 for water crossings... was planning on running the stacks up the side in front of the rear wheels ( that is where my exsaust pipe exit now ) bolted to the exo cage im going to build. But the stacks will be removeable so when im in the city i take them off. But if i know im going wheeling and expect water i can just bolt them on.. is that too stupid of a idea ? I just know that when i lived in Wyo and Colorado we often crossed water some times 2 or 3 ft deep.

A snorkel would be highly recomended, but stacks aren't really needed unless the water is above you're exhaust ports on your engine. Other than that it would be just like driving a boat where you get a, blub blub blub blub sound and a lot of bubbles.:D

this is a bit off topic but ive actually seen a step side with a single stack, but it was a snorkel not an exhaust pipe, pretty cool way of doing an intake.
