I think we should do event coverage, what do you think?

I think we should start doing event coverage likethe ARCA events etc.. What do you think? We have enough viewers that would be intrested I would think, would have to hire some volunteers to take pics and then maybe a short write up in exchange for CK5 stuff maybe a little money, dunno. With our viewer base we should have someone to cover any event in the country I would think.

Yes!! Hey In Peterson's Mag there is a section for telling them about events or runs that you/we could submit to them for coverage? I'm sure they would be interested in CK5's Moab2002 Fullsize Attack or whatever you decided to call it!

yup...his compound is in Woody Creek. Just don't go up to the electric fence that is not marked. last time someone did he got in a shoot-out with Fed. agents. Kinda crazy, but i would be too after all he has done.

This is an idea that is long past due!! I did one trail writeup for a club run I did a few years ago, it was fun. I will volunteer to be the So Cal "reporter"! I have a story waiting to be completed that I had always meant to send in to Petersons for their "Getting There" section, just need to find that elusive thing called "time"!!

We try to make at least one run a month here in SoCal, so we should have plenty of opportunities! My brother has a digital camera (and I have one on my Christmas list!), and according to friends and family I can write decent, so I will give it a try!
