I want to see some Suburbans/show us your burbs (merged)

Sounds like you're going to be a busy guy. One word of advice, do as much as you can before the baby comes, because when he/she gets here you won't know where all the time you used to have went. ;) Oh and congrats!

Well, Thank you very much! I already have one and I am very good managing my time, so no problem!

I just need to get a raise or hit the lottery!

sounds like you will be busy! good luck with all that. take lots of pics. i will be interested to see and hear all about it. where in houston are you located?

Ahhh, so you already know what you're doing. Get ready for double trouble. J/K. Well the plans sound great. Do you have a build thread? I'd love to watch your progress.

Oh, and just to stay on topic for the thread, here's my burb:

This is when I bought it completely stock over two years ago. :) Not bad bones to start with though. It has 350TBI/4L80E/NP241/10B/14BSF. I was going to wait until I did some mods to post it, but that should be happening in the next few weeks so, what the heck, there it is. BTW, it's not black, it's dark blue metallic. :D

Is that how alot of the trail trucks look like up there??

This is a hunting buggy, it was built to get us to where we needed to go to put game meat in the freezer. My kids all grew up eating moose and caribou.

Here's a pic of my wife and our youngest daughter out on a fun run.

Do you break many 60 parts with those tires?

Never hurt a ring and pinion but we have broken a few axles. My wife built her buggy over a period of a couple of years and it made it's maiden voyage in '92 since that time she has only broken about half a dozen axles.
