Started the process of cutting the rockers for some sliders and couldn't believe the amount of crap that came out. I don't have any close up before pictures but trust me the rockers are/were pretty much shot so I'm not cuttin up a pristine truck. /forums/images/graemlins/hack.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grind.gif /forums/images/graemlins/whistling.gif This may be old hat to some of you but I thought I'd share with the rest.

Look in start of sliders or somethin like that. The pictures really don't do justice the pile of dirt and rust.

Good luck to y'all in the future.

Hey Allen what kind of seats are those? The same thing happened when I trimmed my fenders. It's amazing how much junk gets in there..Looks good brother.

ALL HAIL THE ALMIGHTY SAWZALL

Cant wait until I see the finished product. I am leaning towards sliders like Bobs, but want to see what yours looks like. I have seen some others like Matts. How much more are you cutting off the truck ?

What you see are just Wal-Mart seat covers but the seats are out of a mid 80's Porsche 928 all electric and even the passenger seat can be heated. Big plus here in the desert. /forums/images/graemlins/histerical.gif

Basically Paul as it sets in my mind right now, they're gonna extend from fender line to fender line and prolly 3x3 square tubin to protect that not so straight body. I don't know it might go back to 2x3 but we'll see.

Good luck to y'all in the future.

Allan
