I was tryin to get my truck running

Well this is what happend? I got my valve covers off looked sortof burnt in there and then i was working on my intake mainifold and ended up pulling a chunk of head with the manifold what does this mean? I need help on this one PLEASE. Is the engine still good?

well if you actually pulled off a chunk of the head, i would say at the least you need a new head.
