So I'm not getting injector pulse, so I used the trouble shooting tree below to determine "faulty Ignition module or connection"

What connections could it be? Is there a write up of how to replace the icm floating around?

If it is the same as my 1991 then the module is easy to change. It lives inside the distributor cap, is held on w/ 2 screws, and has 2 wire plugs on it. Check the wires going into it and/or replace it.
Make sure you use the heat-sink paste that comes with the new one.

I got it, thanks though

Trace the wires for a bit, and inspect them well.

Mine was burning out modules left and right, and there were a bunch of exposed / split wires. Fixed the wires, no more issues. Keep in mind mine is a 91 California truck, so if i have split/broken wires, anything older most certainly could.

Also, buy a delco module. The others don't last.

This is a GREAT item to carry a spare of, too.

Mine is an 89 california truck, I have all kinds of wire problems. I went with a pepboys special because they had it in stock, if it goes again I will get a delco...The office of my complex was getting antsy since it hadnt moved in a month
