ID help?

I just picked up a 14 bolt and a NP205 and was hoping someone could help me ID them. Here are some pictures of both.

The 205 is, well, a passenger drop 205.

I think I see 308 at the beginning of the 14 bolt tag which would indicate 3.08 gears.

That tag is on the PTO cover of the 205.

Ha! I just realized that the tag I was looking at was on the 205 anyway.

Kris, there really is nothing any of us can tell you from the numbers you posted. If you're curious as to the year your 205 was made there is a tag riveted onto the front of the case.

If you want to know the gear ratio of the 14 bolt take the cover off and post up the numbers on the ring gear.

The t-case is a passenger drop NP205 made in Canada on 3-12-79. The funny thing is the "tag" has a different manufacture date of looks like 3-31-79

Maybe the case was cast one day and assembly was another
