because its a whole wealth of knoweldge and a great bunch of misfit guys who have one thing in common: not cool enough to mix with the general public so we hang out on this site and talk about trucks 
the amount of money you will save because of the knowledge that is on this site far exceeds the 25dollars you pay. The amount of stupid parts that make no sense you will NOT put on your truck by searching and reading and messaging on this sight will easily save you hundreds if not thousands.
Cruise the site, if info you find on here is helpful then pay. If not then don't.
Simple as that.
Also you can't see pictures posted at attachments
I tend to link from photobucket to benefit all but some I still post as attachments.

Those two thoughts are not related to each other. If you want to post pics, go ahead. You don't have to be a paying member to post pics.
BTW -> Even non-paying members have free access to the spell checker in the upper tool bar!!

Looks like a sweet 'Burb!
For what it's worth, I cruised around for a few months before I paid to be a member. I figured it was worth it in the long run.
Since I host my own gallery though, posting photos is quite easy for me once I was past the initial post count.

I some what agree with the OP I post on two other sites and I pay there. I know this is a cool site but I don't feel I need to pay here. Im not saying the knowledge here is not unsurpassed but if I need it I can also find it else where.

Yep I don't feel the need to pay almost 75 bucks a year for three web sites
i only pay 25 per year.

Yes its my choise and I don't feelits my loss.maybe when onecf them is up ill join here but for now im not going to. If some one wants to buy me a membership I could live with that
