for my 82 k5 blazer i was gonna give it a better look or up to date look,
what i was wondering is how nitto terra grapplers or any style tire like this would look like before ordering, pics would be nice of any setup yall have.

Hey, welcome to the site. :thumb:

What size are you looking for and what is the use of your vehicle? Is it mainly for street and some offroad?

well this is my first ride im about to turn 16 and i want to trick this thing out without ruining a k5 blazer but i want to give it a nice modern look,
im putting a 4 inch lift on it,also the tire size is 35x12.50rx15
also im not using it for a specific terrain just trying to make it look good

besides the fact they dont make the terra grapplers in 15" wheels, the only reason i put that on there so they could fit my stock rims in them, but it dont matter the wheel size as long as they arent above 18 inch, but im just getting pic ideas so i can have a visual what tires i want.

I run 305/70-16 Nitto TG's on my tow rig and I have to say I've been happy with them other than they seem to be wearing a little fast (but then again that's a heavy truck). That being said I know you would get more miles out of a set of BFG AT's.

Here they are on my K3500...

I also ran a set of 35" BFG AT's on my K10 for a while a few years back and I REALLY regret selling them. They were a great tire! Quiet, long lasting and really smooth going down the road.

You really need to decide of you want a high mileage tire or a mud tire. For miles you can't beat a bfg a/t. For mud the bfg m/t last quite a while also and the newer ones look really good

After buying Interco TRXUS Mud tires, I'll never run BFGs again.

The Intercos are load range E versus D of the BFGs. I've had four sets of TRXUSs. the first two lasted me over 60K miles. The third set lasted me 40K and I sold the truck. I've had them on the front of my dually now for over 45K and here's what left of the tread. I bet I could squeeze another 15-20K out of them.

Sorry the pics are a bit crappy, they weren't taken to have the tires in focus, but it's the best pic I have with me.

Is that a Detroit between the rails?

Here's my 86 with a 4" Rancho and 35" BFG mud's. The tire's were a lot quieter than I expected and lasted a good long time. Sorry I can't remember the exact number of miles.
