Identify this Rad Support???

Can someone tell me if this is a quad headlight set-up. This is supposed to be a 86 but I haven't seen the truck so I'm a bit confused. It appears to be a quad set-up but I'm not sure how the others look with just the turn signal light below the headlight. Thanks in advance

It's a quad setup stacked like you would find on an 86. Hope that helps.
