if I recall 91 would be 4l60 . NOT a electric but just a new number system of the trannys .
91 was first for the 4l80-e but I think the 4l60-e was 1-2 years later ? could be wrong .

700R4=4L60. Just renamed in the later years. the 4l60E was a 93-94 thing.
A 91 V2500 would have the 4L80E though

Technically a 4L60 but most folks refer to them as a 700R4 when talking about any pre-4L60E trans. The 1991 is a good year
My trans guy usually separates them between whether or not they have a removable bell housing. There was a difference in the earlier ones too, for instance, the early 90's impala/caprices used different transmissions depending if there was a TBI v8 or the LT1 v8.
