I've been around Chevys a lot in life and have had a 1990 2wd Suburban for several years. Well I just added a 1990 Blazer. Both are very nice! 
It has a lift, four inches the PO said, looks about right and there are four inch blocks in rear. But I can't find out what the front lift springs are even after searches? Numbers are 11211 and 80-001866
