I purchased a 77 K5 Blazer a couple years back and have slowly been restoring it. There was a set of fog or offroad lights mounted on the front warn bumper. I am assure they are some type of cheap after market lights but I did not throw them away because they did have the word blazer molded into them and the lenses. More than likely they are just called Blazer which has nothing to do with the type of truck.
I have looked around the internet quite a bit but could not find any that look like this.
Anyone ever came across these? They have a small spring inside which will open and close the blinds with power?
I don't know if I can post links here but here is a few pics of the lights.

They are a cheapo brand sold at Walmart and auto zone type places. I believe the blazer name was sold and discontinued.

if blazer brand yes cheeper off the shelf brand mostly found at walmart way back in the day .
My wife worked for the company that owned blazer. They were sold and the brand changed name in 2018.
