Idle drops when electric fan comes on

Can you boil a pot of water and stick the temp sensor in it?

Yea I did that to make sure the sensor worked and it does. I just want to see how everything else is wired in. I am running a switch in mine though. I have an on/off/on switch and i want it so on:both fans on (bypass temp sender) off:both fans off, on:temp sender w/small fan.
