I have a 89 tbi suburban and when im stopped the idle goes up and down and when im going from 15 to 35mph it bogs and then accelerates I changed sparkplug wires and it started doing this any ideas what the problem is. Can it be the idle control on tbi unit.

Post this question in the injection section. There will be some guys over there that will know what to do. It does sound like a vacuum leak.
