Idle too fast - not passing CA emissions

Could always stick stright 50 weight oil in and drive it in cold.. probably keep the RPM real low cause it will be like sludge.

If your getting a high idle, could be vaccum leaks, O2 sensor, TPS, sticky plate... could try throwing in an old clogged fuel filter, restrict the fuel delivery... put a more restrictive Air filter...
