So since I had sucked in a lot of water on my last outing

But today, it seemed to run better until I made it do some highway duty for about 15mins at 3200rpm. When I got off the highway it idled higher than usual, like 1100rpm. When I got home I lowered the idle but then it came back up again. I then tweaked the idle mixture screws to a better possition then readjusted idle but it then came back up. All I can say it WTF?
Oh and its a Holley 600cfm 4160.
In about a week I am going to replace the intake manifold and rebuild the carb, but in the mean time, WTF?
