If anyone is interested in making your rig quiet inside...

Put it in 5 days ago. I was gonna spray it in but then i realized my sprayer didnt push enough psi to use, so I rolled it in with rollers. Wasn't that hard really except it was HOT down here last week so I was miserable. I put almost all 3 gallons in the cab, focusing mainly on the back wheel wells and the floor up front under the dash. I also put about 3 coats inside the wheel wells. I have to say that this stuff works great. My cucv went from being a tin can to being able to talk on the phone with the top off, unevenly worn SX's and straights that are dumped under my seat goin 50 down the road. It ended up costing me 206 bucks, but i think its totally worth it. Ill try to get some pics of it later on.

Sweet I am going to get 5 gal next summer for my K5 for inside and my wifes car.

Lotsa_Faith how long did it take you to roll it on and what kind of roller did you use? Also how thick did you get it with the roller and the 3 gals?
I would love to see pics of it also. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

are you going to coat it with bedliner???
how durable/tough does it seem?

Can this stuff be put on OVER a bedliner? I just duplicolor'd the cargo area of my burb and its crazy loud. If it cant be, how hard is it to remove the bedliner, and how do I do it? Thx

Well it seems somewhat durable, though a couple days after i did manage to take out a chunk with a lawnmower i loaded up in the back. I'm probably going to roll in some herculiner eventually, but right now things are crazy with getting ready for college and i gotta get other things done on it before i worry about the interior (a friend accidentally broke one of my side windows on my top the other day...gotta find a new one quick). 5 gallons would make a HUGE difference i'd suppose, I can't wait until i get some exhaust and new tires that aren't cupped. Ill try to get pics tmw but like I said things are hectic right now...

Any other after-action reports from users of the QuietCoat or eDead?

F _I T! I just ordered 5gal and a sprayer. Should have this done in a few weeks. I am heading out for 1 last trip for the season, and will pull it into the garage after I get back. I plan on coating from the firewall to the tail gate including sides. Then add herculon. /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif

I'll update soon... Thansk for the push spearchucker.
