Oh man, that needs some work. Where in SF is it?
A company here in Tulsa does the "TopKick" version of those trucks. I went down there one day to look around. They build trucks for the military and claim they are 100% waterproof up to the height of the hood (with a snorkel). Some are fitted with BIG offroad tires, and camo'd. They are, in a word, bas ass...but I dont think they would fit down in the Disney trails.

On Victoria at Holloway, not a good neighborhood either. My guess is it'll take a licensed GC about $200K to fix that place up and it could be sold for around $550K to $600K when done ... maybe a bit more the way prices keep going up around here.

I would pay for the rest of my schooling, and buy property to later build a house on! And maybe put about 5k into the blazer
