I would slap a turn-key carbed 350 maybe around 330-350 HP crate motor in it, or with more money buy a crate 454. After my lesson from my TBI 454 swap, I would put a carbed motor in first to get everthing to fit right and drive. Then later I would slap on a Multiport Fuel Injection Kit.

The big-block may not be very kind to your drivetrain.

And swap to the gear ratios to offset your larger tires, probley my favorite upgrade yet.

While its not a turnkey engine, you can put your old intake carb and stuff on it and its a new bottom end and heads that'll give a reliabale 250 hp. And its only 1300.
