I would like to find another Suburban. I'm in no hurry, and would travel for the right deal. Following is a list of my requirements.

- 1994-1997 Diesel 3/4-ton Burb (cannot be '98/'99)
- 4WD preferred, but would consider 2WD
- Straight body, good paint, no rust (these are a must)
- Good interior (this is a must)
- Extra points for leather seats
- Extra points for bucket/console front row seating (as opposed to a split bench)
- Drivetrain does not have to work

I'm in SoCal.

Hey Keith, hope all is well and you and your family are doing well! Looks like your getting a famly rig. Nice! If you find anything here in Bako, I will gladly check it out for you. I could take pics for you. Hope you find it soon! Are you putting that Dana 60 I saw sitting on your side yard in it?

Thanks, Jeff!

I've got my Burb, which is great, but I've got the diesel bug. I've also got a Cummins 12V sitting in my garage.

I'm either going to find a really nice diesel-VIN Burb with a nice body and the interior I want, drive it 'til the 6.5L blows up, then stick the Cummins in it...or just transplant the Cummins into my current Burb and swap the title to diesel.

In either case, I'm stuck on 1994-1997. The IFS rides great on the highway (and this will be a highway rig) and the creature comforts and road noise are way better than the straight axle Burbs. Pre-'98 means no smog. The D60 is going in my Blazer.

Hell you find anything in Idaho I will drive it down there for you, providing I can come up with someway back:D

Watching The Diesel Registry? Some nice ones show up on the classified there occasionally.

I haven't been so far...mostly Craigslist so far. I'll check it out.

You find me a cherry one in ID, bring it down here, buy mine, and we're all good :D

Seriously, though - thanks, Eric. :thumb:

Gotchya, we still have diesel emissions testing here, but im also am looking for a 96-99 diesel burban to replace my 5.7 burban
