Ignition Coil Location

Because of the braided steel pressure & return fuel lines and pressure gauge I installed for my TBI. I am unable to put back the coil in the stock location.

Can I mount it on its side on the fire wall.
Does it matter what position its mounted in, side ways or upside down.

no it wouldnt matter, but if you mount it too far away from the distributor then youll need a longer secondary wire between the distr and coil of course, and also have to watch length of wires out of the engine harness for the coil

might have to lengthen them also

but it wouldnt matter what position the coil was in
